It all starts with a service, here in our studio or online. In this service, you can bring us visual references of pieces you like, let us know your taste in elements and colors, try on other pieces to understand dimensions and shapes, among others.

After arriving at a final idea, we describe and align all the details to make sure we are in sync.

Depending on the technique used and/or the type of part, we send images of a completed half-piece or model for your approval. This is the time when it is still possible to make up to 3 changes.

If there are non-structural changes, we make them and send a model or half-piece photographs again.

After your approval, we finish the piece in question and send photographs again.

For any customization we ask that orders be placed more than 2 months in advance. All of our work is done by hand, taking time and requiring a lot of rigor. To ensure we have the schedule available, we recommend that all orders are placed in time.

We work and organize our agenda taking into account the date of the event and, therefore, we estimate delivery 15 days before that date.

Yes of course. We are here to help! We talked, saw inspiration for pieces you like, tried out options in different formats, colors and elements and together we came up with the final idea.

After, together with you, we arrive at the piece you are looking for, halfway through the manufacturing process, we will send you images of your piece so that you can approve the work created. At this stage we make up to 3 changes (non-structural) to the piece. If other changes are requested, the budget will be amended to take into account the additional requests.

Structural changes are those that imply the creation of a new piece, such as changing the base of the initial order, for example changing the plating (going from gold to silver), the shape (going from a headdress to a headband), the structure of the elements .

The deposits paid to formalize orders will not be returned whenever there is withdrawal or non-compliance on the part of the customer. The amount paid for signaling the order may not be used for any other purpose than signaling that specific order.

We do not make copies of any parts. We only create original pieces. However, based on inspiration, we can create pieces from scratch that fit our aesthetic line.

We do not make drawings but we systematize the entire order with description and images.
