What kind of clothes can I customize?

All. We are here to create anything you need: an appliqué for a dress, shoulder pads or to design trousers, make a skirt or create an embroidered top. We design, manufacture, carry out fittings with you and deliver all tailor-made pieces.

What is the process of creating a personalized garment like?

It all starts with a service, here in our studio or online. In this service, we understand what type of clothing item you are looking for, for what type of event, we know your references and tastes better, we can experiment and carry out various simulations and we take the necessary measurements to get started.

After arriving at a final idea, we describe and align all the details to make sure we are in sync.

We then start working and during the manufacturing process it will be necessary to carry out between 1 and 2 tests until final delivery.

How long should I place the order?

It all depends on the type of piece and whether or not there is embroidery and its level of complexity.

We still recommend that orders be placed more than 2 months in advance.

When will my item be delivered?

We work and organize our agenda taking into account the date of the event and, therefore, we estimate delivery between 15 and 8 days before that date.

I don't have an idea but I would like to have a personalized piece, is it possible?

Yes of course. We are here to help! We talked, saw inspiration for pieces you like, tried out options in different formats, colors and elements and together we came up with the final idea.

Can I change my personalization?

After, together with you, we arrive at the piece you are looking for, we will have between 1 and 2 additional tests and at these times we can make non-structural adjustments.

If I cancel, can I use the deposit amount to purchase other pieces?

The deposits paid to formalize orders will not be returned whenever there is withdrawal or non-compliance on the part of the customer. The amount paid for signaling the order may not be used for any other purpose than signaling that specific order.

I have inspiration from another brand, can you make it?

We do not make copies of any parts. We only create original pieces. However, based on inspiration, we can create pieces from scratch that fit our aesthetic line.

Do you make drawings?

We do not make drawings but we systematize the entire order with description and images.

Depending on the technique used and/or the type of part, we send images of a completed half-piece or model for your approval.

I made a drawing of a piece, can you produce it?

No, all of our designs are original. Our work is creative and, therefore, we do not make copies or replicas.
We create our own designs according to our aesthetics but we are sure that we can create one that fits the references you like.

Is it not possible to place an order less than 2 months in advance?
